Forbes Best Buy Investment Cities for 2016

In partnership with data company Local Market Monitor, Forbes has put out their list of 2016's Best Buy Cities - the top 20 housing markets to invest in this year.

Florida Dominates

"The clear takeaway: there are good values to be had in Florida, which placed seven cities on our list."

Healthy job growth, strong population growth, and undervalued home prices with anticipated home price appreciation are the top reasons for the rankings.

All the Florida cities on the list "have been accelerating at a rate of 9% to 14%".

Ingo Winzer, founder and president of Local Market Monitor - "Since the national economy has stabilized and is growing again, the factors that prompt people to go to Florida have recovered."

Orlando Leads The Pack

Orlando ranks #1 among the 7 Florida cities and in second place overall on Forbes' Where To Invest In Housing In 2016 list.



The report sites 3.7% annual Jobs Growth, Population Growth of 6.7% between 2011 and 2014, 4.8% Unemployment (Sept. '15), 10% annual Price Growth, -10% Under Priced, and a 28% Three-year Home Price Growth Forecast.
