ChampionsGate Golf and Clubhouse Amenities

January 22nd, 2013 3:31 PM by Brent Ferry

Today I would like to take an early look at just some of the proposed amenities at the all new ChampionsGate by Lennar residential and vacation home community.

To start, we are, of course, very excited about the golf.  There are very few vacation home communities in the Disney area which offer an onsite golfing opportunity.  The Country Club Course will be an all new 18 hole public golf course located within the community.

Golf membership at The Country Club Course will be included in your HOA fees when you buy a home in the residential section of ChampionsGate by Lennar, The Country Club at ChampionsGate.  All you pay is cart fees.  While the course is being completed, owners will receive membership at the nearby National and International Courses at ChampionsGate designed by golf pro Greg Norman.  Your fees will also include lawn maintenance, cable, phone, and internet.

When complete, The Country Club Course will include an onsite Golf and Tennis Clubhouse.
